Check out three clinics designed to improve your volleyball skills! Classes last for 6 weeks & are taught by Volleyball Professionals in conjunction with the EVP Tour. Ross Balling runs EVP and Volleyball Professionals and teaches many of the classes himself.
Monday class times are as follows:
Intro to Doubles 201 - 6:15-7:15 PM
Skills & Drills 201 - 7:15-8:15 PM
Skills & Drills 101 - 8:15-9:15 PM
Skills and Drills 101 is for the beginner player that wants to learn and improve their passing, setting and spiking fundamentals in a relaxed and fun setting. Lesson plans will help each student reach a new level.
Intro to Doubles 201 is for the intermediate/advanced player who wants to start preparing for beach season! This class is designed for players with at least 2 years of volleyball skills training who wishes to compete in 2 on 2 tournaments on the beach. You will begin to learn a new game! The class hits on all skills groups, with an emphasis on footwork, plyometric training & in game strategy. The Doubles class is capped at TWELVE (12) participants! This is a great complement with our Skills and Drills 201 class.
Skills and Drills 201 is for the intermediate/advanced player that wants to learn and improve their passing, setting and spiking fundamentals in a relaxed and fun setting. This class is designed for players who have taken the 101 class already or come in with an intermediate level skill set. Great people and great vibes. If you're looking to get out and meet some people while having fun then Players Sports is for you. There are leagues and tournaments for a bunch of different sports. They run them for all skill levels and you get cool shirts if you win. Also a lot of free promos - they give out a lot of drinks and other stuff. Overall, very fun and very friendly environment.
For the last three years, I have been playing indoor and beach volleyball with Players Sport & Social. They are always exceptional and professional. My favorite part of the leagues is the cadence and the different formats that they offer; whether you want to play Rec vs Competitive or 2s vs 6s - they have it all! They also have referees for all of their indoor leagues, and they are prompt to email requests.
Love attending the Luau tournaments they host! Such a fun environment they set up!
Players Sports Volleyball tournaments are great! Always well-organized, and fun to meet and hang out with friends.
